Chris and Melanie would like to welcome you to the Fox & Hounds in Church Crookham, Hampshire, situated in an ideal location on the Basingstoke Canal.

The Fox and Hounds is a perfect place to meet with friends and family. In the warmer months, sit by the canal and watch the barges meander by as the ducks waddle up and down. In winter, warm yourself by our log burning stove.  All whilst enjoying a meal from one of our menus with a glass of wine, beer or a cup of freshly ground coffee.

Our food, wherever possible, is homemade and freshly prepared using locally sourced produce.    Please see our menus for what's on offer.

Children are welcome (with their well behaved parents) and we request those under 10 years of age, be tucked up in bed by 8pm.  There is a children’s menu which is ideal for those under 8 years, if nothing from our main menu whets their appetite. We also have a play area in the garden for the little ones (under 11 years) and baby changing facilities are available.  We request that children must be supervised at all times both inside and outside the pub.

We are a dog friendly pub and dogs are permitted in the bar area and garden. We request dogs to be kept on a lead so that the resident friendly hound, Humphrey, doesn’t lead them astray.

Every Friday night is live band night.  Come along for dinner and enjoy the sounds of your favourite music, or simply have a foot tapping drink and a dance.
